Pilot Workshop Notes (Pre-Workshop)
The proposed length of the workshop is 1.5 hours (MA communal space, Hardwick) – please write below if 10.30 am on Friday 25th Nov, doesn’t work for you and respond with a time that does – preferably connecting with everyone else’s availability.
Ellie:
Sammi: Yes
Stef: YES
Tracy:
Ideally, I am sure everyone would like to attend this pilot, as it is where we will fine-tune things for the main event. If you can only attend for part of the event that could work, as those that can attend will be documenting the experience on their own behalf.
To-Do (Sammi):
- Create stencils – concept handout.
- Devise warm-up exercise/intro (icebreaking).
- Email Bryony/Jack with the date (proposing 25th Nov, 10.30 am – Hardwick, seems to work for most of us but needs to confirm) I think we will get more this way than at 9 or 10 – plus considering people having to dash off etc.
- Email Jack about the budget (Done – waiting for a reply for next step).
- Create a Poster template (See below).
- Feedback form from pilot participants so they can constructively suggest an improvement.
To-Do (Group):
- Each creates a rock as an example.
- Source materials (Tracy if possible) < stones, posca pens, mod podge, old magazines, glitter., sharpies. Sponge brushes for mod podge + glitter. PVA instead of mod podge if there is no budget.
- Tracy does a poster if you like. (Template we can digitally alter for each workshop)
